The above day excursions are subject to availability at the time of booking and are subject to a minimum of two passengers. All leisure excursions will depart from Coastlands Umhlanga Main Reception, unless otherwise specified.
Important Tour Information
All tours are subject to minimum numbers being reached and are subject to cancellation fees. If minimum numbers are not achieved you will be offered an alternative tour, equal in value or you will be refunded in full.
Basic Tour Conditions for individual bookings – A separate policy applies to groups of 10 or more and is available on request.
All tours are subject to Turners Conferences (Pty) Ltd and their appointed tour operators’ terms and conditions. Once confirmed, tours will be subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled before 24 January 2024. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 24 January 2024.
A deposit of 20% of the total tour value is required within 14 days of booking to confirm the tour reservation. The balance of the tour price must reach Turners Conferences (Pty) Ltd 45 days prior to the tour departure date. Any tours booked within 45 days of the departure date must be paid for in full immediately. The balance of the tour price must reach Turners Conferences (Pty) Ltd before 24 January 2024. Full payment is due immediately for bookings made after 24 January 2024.
