Prof Thabo Matsaseng is a Reproductive Medicine Subspecialist in the department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Tygerberg Academic Hospital and Stellenbosch University and Cape Gate Mediclinic. He is also a head of unit (Reproductive Medicine) at Stellenbosch University, Tygerberg Campus. Prof Matsaseng held an office in WHO, department of Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) based in Geneva in 2018, and currently affiliated to the organization as a consultant in Infertility & Fertility care. Prof Matsaseng main interest is in the field of Low Cost Assisted Reproductive Technologies (IVF/ICSI) and Advanced Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgery. He has published widely in local and international peer reviewed journals and he has been invited as a guest speaker and workshops convener in local and international conferences and symposiums.
