Shuttle Airport Transfer
PER VEHICLE · PER WAY
The cost of a one-way transfer between Cape Town International Airport & Appointed Hotels in Stellenbosch, or vice versa, will cost R820.00 per person, per transfer. This applies to pre-booked & pre-paid transfers.
Transfers not paid for in full by 10 March 2027, will be cancelled automatically. These will need to be re-booked with full payment to secure the services.

Group Transfers
The group shuttle transfer rates are applicable to delegates travelling together on the same flight and staying at the same hotel, pre-booked and pre-paid. The transfer rates are per vehicle per way.
Should an individual not arrive on time, a separate individual transfer cost of R820.00 per person will be charged.
Arrival Airport Information
On arrival at Cape Town International Airport, collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals hall. Look out for a representative who will be holding a board with your name on it. Should you encounter any problems locating the Meet and Greet representative, please call the contact numbers provided on your transfer voucher.
Cancellation Policy
All transport is subject to Turners’ and their appointed service providers’ terms and conditions. Once confirmed, transfers will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours of the service date, without reasonable cause or due to circumstances beyond the delegate’s control, i.e., a flight delay or flight cancellation.
If a client is delayed during collection at the hotel or venue and is not ready to depart at the specified time stated on the voucher, a waiting charge will be applied. Please be aware of this policy to avoid any misunderstandings.
An amendment fee of R250.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations.
